I.  Introduction

Welcome to Diversified Training Agency & Courier Services, LLC**. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of services and conditions, if you don't mind. Please take a look at these terms of service carefully. If you disagree with these terms, you should not use our services and leave the website.

II.  Description of Services

Diversified Training Agency & Courier Services, LLC is your gateway to professional training services. We offer N.C. Concealed Carry Handgun training certifications, de-escalation training, SABRE O.C. spray training, Axon TASER training, USCCA Home Defense training, and Women Handguns & Self-Defense Fundamentals training. Our services are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in self-defense and the defense of others. We are also licensed by the North Carolina Private Protection Service Board to train unarmed security officers.

III.  User Responsibilities

• You must be a qualifying resident to enroll in N.C. Concealed Carry Handgun training certifications.

• You'll need to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

• You'll need to follow all scheduled classes and training sessions.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with your account.

IV.  Payment Terms

All payments for training services are due before the start of the training session unless an alternative payment arrangement has been made with Diversified Training Agency & Courier Services, LLC. We accept cash, credit cards, and Zelle. Please refer to your invoice or our website for detailed payment instructions.

V.  Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your training session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. You can then reschedule your session for another date within 30 days of cancellation. There are NO Refunds and NO exceptions. You may be subject to a cancellation fee if the notification is less than 48 hours, or if there are no calls or no-shows, you forfeit all payment, as our Refund Policy outlines.

VI.  Disclaimer

All training is provided on an 'as-is' basis, meaning that we provide the training as it is, without any guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of the training or the accuracy of the information provided during the training sessions. Participation in training sessions is at your own risk.

VII.  Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall **Diversified Training Agency & Courier Services, LLC** be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services provided.

VIII.  Legal Dispute

DTACS shall resolve any legal disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services by the laws of North Carolina. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guilford County to resolve any disputes.

IX.  Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms of Service on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
